Following a post in the Forum of the Welsh Railways Research Circle, I obtained several 3D prints of old wagons and documented my experiences with them, primarily to help the designer Andrew Smith. He's agreed to making my observations available for others: you may download the pdf file.

Built 1967 in "OO" and rebuilt to P4 in 2016

Edmund Thomas
Built 1967 in "OO" and donated to the HMRS in 2009. I felt it would be too difficult to convert to P4.
5 link couplings instead of lug & shackle, balsa underframe and plastic body.

My oldest PO wagon model, built while still in school and rebuilt in 2016 to P4 after being damaged in move to Brazil.

Also built in Brasil in 1983. Not a wagon often seen as model or prototype (Midland Railway Carriage & Wagon Co. 1920).
